Natural Skin Care Tips For Acne Sufferers
Try to maintain a healthy balanced diet, and give your body the vitamins and minerals it needs for self healing. Some acne sufferers have been shown to have low levels of certain key vitamins such as vitamin A in their bodies, which is essential for the maintenance of healthy skin and immune system.
Natural Skin Care Tips For Acne Sufferers
Try not to put too many products on your hair. Many hair sprays, gels and mousses are unnecessarily drying, irritating the skin and stimulating over production of sebum which blocks the pores causing spots. If you suffer from facial acne, try to wear styles that keep the hair off the face.

Makeup and Beauty Secrets for Women of Color with Christine Reynolds “A lady’s makeup is as much a part of her wardrobe as her clothes - and right now, a lot of ladies are walking around half-dressed.” So says makeup artist Christine Reynolds in her new DVD, “MAKEUP AND BEAUTY SECRETS FOR WOMEN OF COLOR,” Now on sale. Christine, the former National Trainer for Fashion Fair Cosmetics, is the owner of I Sparkle Cosmetics on Rodeo Road in Los Angeles. She created this DVD to teach women how to identify their skin types and care for their skin, as well as how to choose and apply makeup correctly - skills which, in her experience, too many women lack. “It’s not about looking glamorous,” Christine insists, “although there’s nothing wrong with that. It’s about looking right.” In the DVD, viewers watch as three untrained women receive step-by-step instruction from Christine: first, on how to care for their skin; then on professional makeup techniques for enhancing eyes, lips, and skin tone. “Skin care is who you are,” observes Christine. “Makeup is who you want to be.” Christine also shares her “secrets” on the DVD — Ultimate Makeup Tricks & Tips for Work…After Five…Prom Night…and more.
Customer Review: The DVD works for my girls. They look great!
I bought this DVD for my daughters and they loved it. Their skin looks better and they wear makeup like a lady should. My husband who never says anything made a comment on how well the girls look. It may not be for the glamous movie star type that may have a professional do their face anyway, but it’s perfect for learning how to care for your skin and look your best at work and out for the evening.
Customer Review: Covers the ABC’s of makeup…
If you are pretty familiar with the applications of makeup, then this may not be for you. It goes over the basics which I already familiar with. They could have also done a better job blending the makeup on a couple of the models (even though the models applied the makeup themselves). However, there are not many African-American how-to-apply makeup DVD’s on the market so I am glad to add this to my collection.
